Once you place an order online, you will receive an email stating confirmation. Her Natural Tresses LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt to accept or deny your order for any reason.

We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available, usually products ship within 5-10 business days excluding weekends, holidays and observances. If you have ordered a product that is on pre-order*, we will email you as soon as your order is available and is ready to be shipped.

*Pre-Orders can take up to 2 weeks depending on customization and processing.

We are not responsible for the delay of shipping, please contact USPS directly. While we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, we have provided a few estimates below.
